Highly Scalable RFIC Functional Test System


RF120ES is a low-cost scalable Automated Test Equipment (ATE) Platform designed to meet the basic test requirements of RF Switches, RF Networks, RF Filters, RF Mixers, Power Amplifiers, LNAs, MMIC and SoC devices. The RF120ES is designed with future-in-mind, it allows the technical functionality of the test system and capability to be upgradable without the need to obsolete the whole system when new technology emerge.

The RF120ES comes with a standard TS120ES-8, an eight port test set that provides up to 4 multiplexed RF Source and RF Measurement channels. This test set consist of PIN and Solid-state switches, hence reduces the cost of maintenance for switch replacement.

RF120ES is meant to meet the basic needs of customer from various fields such as:
