The V0402 is a 2-port, 4.5 GHz Vector Network Analyzer that delivers metrology-grade performance in a more economical package that excludes a number of advanced features:

  • Vector Mixer Calibration
  • TRL Calibration
  • Frequency Offset
  • Time Domain
  • Gating

VNAs and ACMs are delivered with factory calibration certificates containing no data. The add-on option for ISO17025/Z540-1 Accredited, Traceable Calibration Certificate and Uncertainties is available and needs to be specified at time of order.

Value Series VNA includes an RF measurement module and S2 Windows or Linux operating system on a PC, laptop, tablet, or x86 board computer connecting to the measurement hardware via USB interface. S2 software can be installed on multiple computers, making it easy to share the use of the analyzer measurement module.

The VNA models—V0402, V0602, and V0902—serve as direct replacements for the M5045, M5065, and M5090, respectively, all while maintaining the same price as their predecessors. Each model boasts enhanced specifications and performance improvements, including a lower starting frequency of 100 kHz and a higher maximum IF bandwidth of 300 kHz. They also offer significantly better measurement speed, reaching up to 25 µs per point—nearly three times faster than the M Series models. Additionally, these VNAs deliver a wider output power range from -50 dBm to +5 dBm and improved dynamic range, with the V0402 featuring a typical dynamic range of 135 dB, while the V0602 and V0902 achieve 130 dB. These advancements make them powerful, high-performance upgrades while maintaining cost efficiency.
